Best, worst, silliest

Last night a friend of mine posted on Facebook about their family dinner tradition.  Best, worst, silliest.  They go around the table, each person sharing the best, the worst, and the silliest things that happened that day.

I can’t invite all of you over for dinner, so I’m shamelessly stealing her questions and turning them into a blog post.

Best  – Watching a little boy at Liv’s school get a hug from the office staff.  Two seconds later, she’s calling to him, “Now wait a minute…  What’s this?  You KNOW I don’t like to look down at you and see a band of white around your shorts! Pull up those pants!”  I love my daughter’s school.  It feels like family.

Worst – That moment when you realize that the day you had thought would be spent puttering around the house will instead be spent running errands and trying to cross items off of your to-do list.  The next chance you’ll have to sit down with a cup of coffee is 3 hours away and even that is quickly receding.

Silliest – Our shy little kitty Luna following me into the bathroom and curling up in the sink, looking very satisfied with her fancy kitty self.

So…  What were the best, worst, and silliest things that happened to you today?
